1. The California Class A Compliance Clause

"By placing an order, you acknowledge that all products are prepared in a private home kitchen registered as a Class A Food Operations in Los Angeles County, California. In strict compliance with California State Law, products cannot be shipped and are exclusively available for direct handoff via local pick up or local delivery within our authorized California territory."

2. Pickup, No-Show, and Freshness Policy

"All biscotti are baked fresh to order. You are responsible for picking up your order during the scheduled time window selected at checkout. Because our products are perishable food items, refunds will not be issued for missed pickups. Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited without a refund.

3. Allergen and Food Safety Disclaimer

"Our kitchen processes common food allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, and soybeans. While we follow strict sanitation practices, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. It is the customer's sole responsibility to review the ingredient lists provided on our website and physical labels prior to consumption. We are not liable for any adverse allergic reactions."

4. Order Changes and Cancellation Policy

"Because we operate on a preorder baking schedule, cancellations or modifications to our order must be requested at 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made after this window cannot be refunded, as ingredients and labor have already been allocated to your custom batch.

5. Payment and Pricing Terms

"All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required at the time of preordering through our secure checkout.
